Shutter Speed: 30/1 second
Aperture: F/16.0
Focal Length: 32 mm
ISO Speed: 400
I made a mistake in not switching to my 50mm for a better aperture.
It was kind of hard because I didnt have a tripod, so I had to try to hold it really still for 30 seconds XD
The lights appeared to be pointing directly at the camera, I would assume with the long exposure, it gave that effect.
